Their meat is really, really good. It's fresh and always full of flavour. I must admit, walking into a huge store with meat fridges from end to end isn't always going to be a pleasant experience, especially for an ex-vegetarian, but it works well here. These guys are a Brunswick institution, I'm fairly certain they've been selling meat for over 30 years now.

They serve you fast, the smell is really not too bad (nothing like the Vic market halls - yuck!) and they're pretty damn cheap, too.

And the pork sausages are fantastic.
